In case if you do not like the product which you received from[VISHAL HYPNO E-TRADE], you can send us back the item you have purchased in its original condition and pack within 7 days. Please note that We are not accepting any returns for custom stitched clothing.

We will issue 100% refund of product price. (No order Processing charges or restocking fees levied on you .)

Customer will get refund back on his / her credit / debit card. It will take 4-6 working days to receive credit back on card once we issue refund from our side. Or you can prefer to get a credit note, so that you can use that amount on your next purchase. Please note refund will be issued only after we reach the product back in original condition

Our Customer Care department should get the notification that you wish to return the products within 48 working hours at most from the date you received the delivery, otherwise your return request will not be taken into consideration.

Customer need to bear the shipping cost while returning the products. We will not refund the shipping charges paid by you while purchasing the item. We will not refund the customs duties or taxes, if applicable, or paid by you at time of receiving the goods. At any point of time the refunds will not exceed the actual value of the goods. Refunds would not be accepted for custom made / stitched clothing, including ready made stitched sarees or sarees stitched with custom blouse.

However we would accept returns if there is any faults from our end.
Any complaint with regards to the damage or stains or stitching or any other should be reported to us within 24 hrs of the receipt of the products.

We may ask for digital picture of the same in order to review the same. In case of product return, we will issue refund once we receive the product back at our office.

The order may be cancelled before shipment due to any of the following reasons:

  1. The specific product/model is out of Stock.
  2. The order could not be shipped within the specified timeline.
  3. On customers request
  4. The shipping address is not serviceable.
  5. Any other reason beyond the control of[Vishal Hypno E-Trade.]

The orders may be cancelled post shipment and delivery due to any of the following reasons:

  1. Established defect in the product which the seller is not able to either replace or repair.
  2. Correct product could not be delivered.
  3. Shipping address found to be untraceable, wrong, incomplete, locked and customer not available.
  4. Customer refused to take the delivery.
  5. Products damaged during transit and delivery not accepted.

Caution: Please do not accept delivery of any item whose packaging is damaged or tampered with in any manner.

  • Airway Bill Number should be submitted within 7 days of delivery of shipment.
  • Return courier charges will be paid by customer.[Vishal Hypno E-Trade] will not pay return courier charges.
  • We do not have return pickup facility.
  • Refund process will not start before receipt of the product in any circumstances.
